Collector trophies not working

I have 113 cars and can't get the serious collector to unlock. I know I won't get fanatical because of the AE car pack but I have the 50 for serious. I even broke down how many I bought compared to how many I was awarded thinking maybe it only counts cars I've bought. I've bought 64 so far. Do I need to have driven each car once or what?
 
How many Anniversary Edition cars do you have? If it's more than 13, then that's why. Gift/prize cars count, AE cars don't. If it's not that, then I assume it's a glitch/bug. And, no, you don't need to have driven them
 
I have all the AE cars, but I haven't even unlocked the serious collector trophy which is collect 50 cars and I have well over that amount. I'm aware that I can't get fanatical because I don't have 100 cars yet unless I count the AE ones.

Ah, sorry, I misunderstood what you were saying...I thought you meant the 100 car trophy, didn't realise you meant the 50 car one. I thought that it included prize cars but maybe, as Hol above suggests, I am wrong. But, given that you have bought 64, then I would assume it is a glitch/bug. Not sure, maybe buy some more cars...just in case you miscalculated the number you bought?
 
Ugh... Maybe I'm screwed. I'm only seven trophies from platinum and this one wont work. I'm gonna buy more and maybe it will unlock when I get fanatical. Thanks for the help, I'll update my results
 
it took me 138 cars before I got the trophy. only thing I could figure is if you have put cars in the stockyard then they may not count either...
 
I thought this was the case, so I have all my cars in my garage. Apparently a lot of people are having this issue. I'm sure ill get it eventually. Thanks for the help everyone. I like how polite and helpful everyone is here

Yeah, this is a very good community with a lot of helpful people. It does sound like you have a glitch there as I have got both trophies when I should have (ie after 60 and 110 cars...I have 10 AE cars). Hope it sorts itself out
 
Well I bought the LP-670 last night and unlocked it, must have just been delayed because I've been keeping track of my purchased/awarded cars. O well, it's workin now :) thanks guys
 
I just needed the autobahn trophy for platinum and when I surpassed the limit required I didn't get the trophy which meant I didn't get the platinum. So I un-installed all updates and re-installed them and got the trophy which gave me the platinum trophy too. Hope this helps anybody who has trophy issues.
