GTPlanet, National Signing Day is sort of like the NFL Draft of college football. Only thing is, you don't get things like silly signing bonuses Okay, here are some of the results from some of America's college-bound high school seniors:

* Myron Rolle (S - to Florida State)
He's told to being the best high school prospect heading into college. And for him to join Florida State is huge. Florida State is one of America's most solid teams, much less the ACC or even the southeast. To me, Rolle can get Florida State [back] to the BCS Bowls if all goes well. In fact, Florida State can be really on top and maybe win their first National Championship since 1999. I know I'm overemphasizing, but if he can bring that fire to Florida State, then Tallahassee is going to be the city to watch, and their Division 1-A power Florida State. By the way, M. Rolle is a New Jersey boy.
* Andre Smith, OT (Huffman H.S. - Birmingham, AL) = Alabama (funny moment!)
Now, Andre Smith is probably one of the best high school prospects in America, and for him to go to Alabama will only add that extra get up and go to an already solid Alabama unit. He could be a nice OT to protect whomever Alabama's new QB is, saying that Brodie Croyle may leave 'Bama for the NFL. Other names to Alabama- Greg McElroy, Charlie Higgenbotham
* Tim Hawthorne (WR) to Auburn
* Jai Eugene (CB) to LSU from Michigan
He's told to be completely fluid. Fluid is a wonderful word to use, and if that's what the recruits are saying, he's easy money for your program.
* Aleric Mullins (DT - to North Carolina)
Did you know that North Carolina has a football team? First off, pronounce his first name like "Al-err-ick." North Carolina isn't as known for their football as their storied basketball program, but even they've ripped some nice upsets. Try beating NC State twice, and beating Miami with a 30+ yard field goal at home. I'm not expecting North Carolina to be the class of the ACC (I'm reserving that for rivals Virginia Tech and Miami).

America's Running Back Talents
* DeMarco Murray (RB - to Oklahoma)
He's heading to Oklahoma,and he brings exceptional running talent.
* C.J. Spiller (RB - to Clemson)
He's told to be undersized, but can play all sorts of positions as he hopes to give Clemson a little more funk. He's going to Clemson. He's the 5th-ranked Running Back in America.
* Chris Wells (RB - to Ohio State)
He's going to THE Ohio State University, and he's 6'2". He should keep Ohio State moving on the right track with his legs and with his power.
* C.J. Gable (RB - to Southern California)
He is the 9th Ranked running back in America, and he's going to Southern California. He's an L.A. guy looking to play at home.
* LeSean McCoy (RB - to ???; choices are)
His academic levels may not allow him to play at the big universities, but he's told to be very usable and reliable as a running back.

He's told to be a pocket passer who can find receivers very well. Should be a hot QB for the blue and gold of South Bend. Charlie Weis (Notre Dame, Coach) talked about a no sweat day recruiting high school talent.
* Micah Johnson (LB - to Kentucky)
FoolKiller, your football team's going to get a little Wildcat love as Micah Johnson is told to be one of the biggest recruit. And hey, any good player to boost the spirits of a team that's not exactly a world power can be a great thing.
* Matthew Stafford (QB - to Georgia)
I'd jokingly call him a "plug and play" QB for Georgia. He's told to be pretty much ready for the college level. Now, when you play for a great team like Georgia, guess what. You're going to be competing in conference against teams like Tennessee, Auburn, LSU, Alabama, Florida State... not going to be easy, especially at the Quarterback position.
* Al Woods (??? - to LSU)
* Maurice Evans (DE - to Penn State)
Can he keep Penn State fresh in this Renissance of sorts for Penn State? Those Nittany Lions are going to be roaring now on defense. He can be sort of out of control and raw, so his only concern will be to not be a troublemaker to his own team. Overall, he should be a solid defender for the blue and vanilla white.
* Robert Rose (??? - to Ohio State)
Good with hands.
Big Ten Recruiting
* Lance Smith (RB - to Wisconsin)

Good pass coverage as well as a good open-field threat.

He is told to be very productive in any defensive assignment.
SEC Recruiting
* Benjamin Tate (RB - to Auburn)
Auburn is a very solid unit in the SEC, and B. Tate will likely keep Auburn in check. Remember that if you play at Auburn, you got to worry about your Georgia rivals, as well as your Iron Bowl dance partner- Alabama.
* Markeith Summers (WR - to Mississippi)
Smooth and powerful, highly concentrated in passing offense, not to mention being focused on the ball in the air. I tell you. Since Eli Manning's departure to the NFL, Ole Miss has been crap. I might even go on the level that Southern Miss is the best football team in Mississippi.
* Jacques McClendon (G - to Tennessee)
Tennessee had a bad season last season. Not seeing Tennessee in the postseason is about as sad as seeing North Carolina make the NIT in basketball. Mr. McClendon better provide some spunk for the orange boys in Knoxville, TN. Tennessee is football. Tennessee is football from the football field to the more than 100,000 people who jam Neyland Stadium in Volunteer home games. The fire was gone in the 2005 season, but I think they'll get it back sooner than later.
* Johnathan Massey (TE- to Vanderbilt)
Top 4 Tight End. Good quickness and tough for linebackers and safties. A poll some time ago talked about Vanderbilt University being one of America's most beautiful colleges and universities. Well, he hopes to do a beautiful job feeling comfortable and respected at Vandy.
