RULES
-this is not a lottery for me to get a lot of trading colors. If I get more than I need I have to give, not trade them away.
-the winners will have theire prices as soon as possibel after ended lottery.
-lottery will end as soon as possible after the prices are wonn.
-contenders will have too trust me as a decent man, doing my best making all happy, and accept me as the judge.
-I will try my best to give the prices to the correct incoming gift, meaning I will do my best to register the correct time each colorchip is given to me.
-Color Chips will have to be given to "bugace" at the Playstation GT life network.
-this is a randomly held lottery to help me getting some of those colorchips I like, and for me to give away cars, or items , that I don't need. I atually buy rare cars just because they are rare, even though I have them from before.
-I will update the header for each time there is a new lottery, and update this very posting, making the running lottery on top of this thread.
-when asking to be added as friend, please add a message "Lottery", then I know You wish to be part, and I register the time You asked to be a friend as the time for Your gift. This so it is fair against all wishing to take a shot.
