Why is it so important that the car is not reinforced? Purely because it's a virgin car?

Reinforcements alters the way the car drives and can not be undone.

They make it better though, if you're trading for a car that you want to use again in trades, I suppose I can get that. But if you're gonna use the car, the reinforcements will be the first thing you do to it anyway
