Don’t know if that’s the right term, but imagine applying a brand decal, it has specific colours you want to match. The current way you have to apply a decal onto top and fiddle with the colouring until it blends in to match. Could there not be a colour picker eye dropper tool that finds the colouring until for you? It’s that eye dropper looking thing that was in Microsoft paint in the 90’s.

OT: Longer ago than the 1990s. Bill Atkinson’s LisaSketch / MacSketch (1983) — the ancestor of MacPaint — included a color-picker style interface.

I would have pretty much been a baby then but yes I remember it on the macintosh computers at school as well. Seems like a no brainer to me. But I don’t know what’s all involved with implementing that into the livery editor.

Agree with the need of this 100%.

Usually, I go to my computer, get the decal I am working on to use a color picker.
