Since the PSN is down I dont get my paint chips (Which kinda sucks) but Im just wondering has anyone gotten Gold/Silver crome from the daily login bonus? (I know you can win it through a certain level of cars in garage ie. 30, 60, 90. x, x, x, whatever)
 
Every 30 cars in intervals (60,90,120 ect) you get a special paint. Options are gold chrome, silver chrome, and the matte colours. It's random, but if you save your data at car #29 interval and don't get the color you want when you hit 30, reload and try again. This happens regardless of PSN being online or not.

@OP, yup, got a nice* light blue matte for 540 cars.

EDIT: I think I misunderstood the OP... and Rayzah is right, no chrome-proper from the login bonuses

I had about 120 cars but cleaned out my garage. I'm down to about 70 cars, so if I get another 30 cars will I get a paint chip?
 
It's entirely possible to receive the special GT chips from the daily login bonuses - no idea about the two chromes, but I've been given Matte Blue and Matte Brown so far.
