(female voice) John's reply on a track list. First message:
With all due respect to my boy Mr P510, first off, calm down. For the most part, this is only the month of June. As I said elsewhere, we probably won't have a clear indication of what tracks will be in the game until maybe 2 or 3 months. As much as we know, 3 continents will be represented, around maybe 10 identified tracks, lots of cars, and the debut of LMP race cars at long last. That's what we know for now. The challenge in being a devoted GT fan is killing time for the next GT game. And for us, that means June 8, 2004 to November xx, 2004. Over time, we'll learn more about what will be in GT4. And as devoted as we are, when we see something unleashed from PD, we will be reporting like this was CNN or FOX News Channel. GTPlanet is the Associated Press of Gran Turismo games.
But as far as a track list goes, all I can probably say is "be happy with what you got." Remember that we'll most likely have road courses, street courses, VERY FEW ovals (that's a good thing. Don't want NASCAR for a road racing game), rally courses, and photo locations. You can fish around online on this site for that on your own. But releasing a track list right now considering that PD is not finished yet...
your request would be denied, and the release of such data would be like waiting for Duke Nukem Forever or HALO 2. Meaning, it will be out "when it's done."
(female voice) End of casette. Please eject or rewind.
There you have it, dude. (^_^)
