Sometime this week I will be comprising an in-depth drift guide to apply to GT3 and real life. This will include a description of suspension tuning and an understanding of each parts workings. I will go over the drivetrain, tires, power, and traction control. I will be describing various drift techniques and cars ideal for drifting. My guide will include everything relevant to drifting and will be available on my website.

Just keep your eyes open at the end of the week. Your inputs and opinions are welcome.

EDIT: I will also include a step-by-step buildup guide of a AE86 Trueno. And with that in mind this guide might take longer than a week.

Haha weird coincidense. Bengee and I are doing the same, but it won't be ready for a while. This will be good because in addition to Cuda's guide, there will be four completely different perspectives on drifting!

Here's an update.

I'm going to have 9 sections of detail in the guide. Some will be while others will be massive. This will take a while to completely finish but I'm willing to put some work into it so it comes out good.

Here's the topic I will discuss.

1.) Intro to drifting - basic intro and description of the sport
and some real world info.
2.) Cars best suited for drifting - whats cars too look for, for
best performance
3.) Drivetrains
4.) Generic settings - the basic setup that all drifts cars use
5.) Description of effects of tuning - what does what and why
6.) Drift Techniques - basic techniques explained
7.) Useage of techniques - useage on different types of cars
8.) Application of each technique - applying those styles
9.) Setting up a car - indepth step by step setup

ive always wanted to understand more about the suspension settings and LSD settings and what they do to your car.

I'm already thinking about my next guide and I haven't even finished this one yet. I wanna do a review/buildup of a few cars. Go in-depth about the car and how to set it up, and do a review of it's performance. Go really in-depth.
