Your best bet is hunting for a forum specific for this game. I've went through a lot of my old favourites recently and have found game specific forums/sites to be a real help getting some classics to work on windows 7.
I tried a few google searches for you but couldn't find anything. Maybe you'll have more luck that way. Or maybe this post will cause someone to see this who might have otherwise missed it.
Edit: Seems this game is now Abandonware. I looked into it and some people have been using Dosbox to get it to work. Regardless of whether or not you have a real copy, try some abandware websites too, as some people on there may have some advice for getting the game to work. One guy in particular seemed to have the same problem.
