It was a bit tricky to make a title for this that would make sense, what I'm asking for is the ability to use controls similar to photo mode to turn and look at any gallery-view-enabled car from any angle, inside or out, as close up as we like. This would allow us to fully appreciate the incredible details put into Gran Turismo's cars that we could not see otherwise.

The title pretty much says it all.

While it's nice to see my car spinning around at a constant distance, I'd like to control the view with my thumbsticks. I want to get in close and far, high and low, and be able to enter Photomode.

I want to be able to get a long way from the car, so that I can use a long lens. And I want to be able to get very close.

I want the camera to be able to shoot from ground level (not constrained to several centimeters above ground). And I want to be able to "fly" the camera, and my point of view, to any position above the car.

I still want control over lights and front wheel angle of course.

Finally, as requested in another thread, I want to be able to examine and photograph the interior.

For extra bonus points and a few gold stars, on some of the cars, I'd like to be able to move things that move. Such as retractable rear wing, gull-wing or regular doors, hood/bonnet, trunk/boot. I'd also like to be able to wind the windows down so that I can photograph from the outside of the car without having the interior obscured by reflections in the glass. And for night or dark shots, I'd like to be able to illuminate the interior and the dashboard instruments. Interior illumination could be by studio-type lighting, standard interior lamps or both.

Please don't add more votes here. Scroll down and hit the link to an older thread. Thank you!

I'd like free access to photo the interior, especially after all the work that has gone into detailing them. Also think it would be nice to have the studio as an area to take pictures of your cars.

I've always been frustrated when I'm deciding what colour to choose, for example, and I want to see it from certain angles but I'm forced to watch the preset camera go through the exact same motions. Surely this could be easily controlled with the right analog stick?

I made a suggestion for basically the same thing after this thread with some added details, so have asked the voters there to come here.

This is what I originally said under the title of:-

Gallery view. I want to walk around the car. And photograph it.
