I'm now on the "all stars" event in professional and so far I've golded the first four races with the mazda furai but the last one is problematic for now..
My question is if I do them one by one and not trough the championship, does it still count as completing the event for the reward car?

you have to enter the championship and win it to count as a win plus a car for winning. I've tried this in previous GTs and GT5, you would have all gold cups but the MAIN championship cup icon blank

If you can gold the first four, that is enough points to get gold in the championship even if you get last place in the final race.

I can gold the first four, but I don't believe I can do it in a championship without Restarting if something goes wrong..
It took me a few tries each to win those races.

You could always get some more XP and win the like the wind series which is very easy with the furai. This gives you a toyota race car which will allow you to smoke the competition in the all-stars race.

If you havent done them yet, go do the seasonal events bonus race 1. Should be enough XP to bump you up to level 21 allowing you to do like the wind.

Edit: perhaps saying very easy is overstating the fact, but its certainly doable and easier than winning the all stars event.
