Computer usage tracking program?

Greetings. Looking for help from my fellow GTP'ers. I fear that my computer is being used for content that I don't approve of. Does anyone have any experience that records IM chats, keystrokes, etc?

I'm looking for something similar to this:

I have no experience with such activities so would like some advise from the pros that know...

I think you'll find most people on this site have spent their time trying to get around such software rather than trying to use it

So... you're asking for a keylogger?
Like, to record what keys were typed?
Well, I know a few sites that will give you it as a virus, and you wont be able to view it or use it, and its sole purpose is to steal your personal information, but I dont think thats what you want.
If I see anything, Ill post you ASAP.

Wait... but, who could use your computer? Do you have kids? Because thats the only way...

This doesn't look bad, although it's just a keylogger. I think I used one that had snapshots, but it was shareware and that was a while ago just for fun.
