Connection error

Hi all,
I need some help, my playstation has suddenly stopped connecting to the internet. When i try and sign in, it gives me the error code 80130182, and tells me to reset my router. However last time i did this it completely screwed up and i had to buy a new router.
I know its a problem with my playstation because my laptop, my phone and everything else connects fine.
Ive tried re-connecting to my wireless, but it cant obtain the IP address.
I dont really know much about this sort of thing, and i want to get it up and working as soon as possible so help would be greatly appreciated :)
 
Yeah that'd be a lot of emails thought... 70 million accounts I believe are signed up now.

And I'm 100% positive there is maintenance today because people are mad about it being right at the start of the BF3 beta.
 
They email people about new releases and things, but i spose it would be hard.

Right it definately wasnt because of the maintenance as im having the same problem this morning.
Ive tried resetting my router but now nothing in the house can get a wireless connection, im currently using an ethernet cable into the back of my router, so i know its working its just the wireless signal. But i dont know what to do.........help!!
 
Mika-i presume you mean on the playstation? If so then i have tried that and it cant find the IP address. Its definately recieving the signal because it shows my wifi with 100%
 
Yes i do mean on the playstaion. I dont mean run a test what i mean is trying setting the internet conection settings all over again, see if that solves it.
