Connection Error

Last night I Tried to change from one seasonal to another and everything froze. Now I can't get online and I am getting a notice saying, Connection Error 80710092
Has anybody had this happen and any advice on how to fix this problem

Reset your modem.
 
Thanks that has seemed to fix things for now. I have been getting an error mesg for the last week on and off. Maybe it is time for a new modem.

Clear your system cache in the in-game settings. Also, skip the router and plug straight into the modem.
