Connection to server could not be established??

Hi, just got this problem today about half an hour ago, tried restarting but got same problem. Means I can't access seasonals or anything online obviously.

Anyone else got the same problem? Is it down for maintainence or something?

PlayStation Network is down for maintenance until Friday 08:00 BST

PSN is partially available in Finland now. GT5 servers are down however also for me.
