1. Is the G27 fully supported now? I read before that you could not feel the curbs with the G27...

2. Can I use G27 without clutch?

3. Is G27 upgrade worth it over DFGT? I don't need noise reduction or smoother feedback. I'm just looking for better feel for the car for driving experience.
 
Yes the G27 is supported now (gt5 I assume). You can feel the curbs nicely now (running sim mode, no steering assist, ff on eight) I find is fantastic, really enjoy the feedback. Also I use no assists, grip real and light damage. The buttons on wheel and shifter can all be mapped to your liking too. Enjoy...

Eta: yes you can race without clutch. There are three ways, paddles, clutch and gearbox, or you can shift with gearbox without using clutch.

Yea thanks for quick response. Now I'm just trying to justify the cost of upgrading over a DFGT I already have. I've never tried a G27 so it's very hard to judge by just reading..hmm.....

Or is it mapped via another wheel ?
 
IMO it is a great upgrade from DFGT, I went from 7 years using DFPro to a g27 this year and was amazed. DFPro and DFGT are same internally, DFGT has tuning on fly option while DFP doesn't. I have to admit though I wish I waited another year now with the CSW coming out soon, soooo tempting to upgrade again...

And to spaghetti69, yes there is a g27 icon in the options menu now for mapping in gt5.

It has it's own icon to select and map buttons. That's what you meant right?

And the G27 is a huge upgrade over DFGT. I'm a former DFP owner and have used my brothers DFGT.
