Constantly Crashing on load up

Everytime I start the game the opening credits appear and then just as it about to enter the opening movie I keep getting the blue screen with an error code.

I've tried re-installing the game but still the same. Anyone know a fix to this? Was working fine one minute then later during the day this came up
