I have to complete a 100 question packet for AP Government/Economics and I cannot find a few of the answers so I came here to ask you guys and girls, arent I nice :lol::D

I'm guessing by my life here n earth that only Congress can change our methods of weights and measures. Some state would have "gone metric" by now, if that were a states-rights issue.

Only Congress gets to choose how we coin money; states haven't coined thier own currency since the U.S. Mint was founded, only states that weren't recognized yet had the ability to.

I beleive either the 5th or 14th Ammendment grants the right to an attorney.

I'm pretty sure it's a.

The question is ambiguous as to whether it refers to the defendant or the plantiff, but the defendant may ALWAYS waive his or her right to a jury trial.

Anyone have any idea on the answers to 19, 28, 34 and 66?
