Actually, no. The Phantom competes with the Bentley Arnage, which was out long before the Flying Spur was. The Flying Spur and Phantom are in a completely different price range, with the Arnage T being the Phantom's main competitor for price.

As if people shopping for cars in this "price range" care about the price tag. They only care when they ask how much to write the check for.

But I'd say that the Continental Flying Spur costing half as much as the Phantom and Arnage is a rather noticable difference, super rich person or not.
