Controller seen in control option, but no way to assign controls

Hi, I have a iBuffalo use gamepad it's a retro Nintendo style controller.

Assetto Corsa picks up the controller in the control options, but only gives me options to assign keyboard, wheel or XBOX controller only.

How to assign controls to my iBuffalo controller?
