Convertible / roadster cars with factory manual (3-pedal)?

What cars are both 3-pedal manual and convertible (or roadster) in the game?

I only know of:
- Shelby Cobra
- Miata
- X Bow
- 1966 Jaguar xj13
- 1969 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible (but unfortunately the roof is up)
- 1967 Ferrari 330 P4

I hope I am missing some, because I enjoy the driving experience and want some manual roadsters to drive around!
Any others anyone knows of?

Also, any open top cars that are NOT 3-pedal (eg. paddle shifters)? I know of:
- Honda Project 2&4 Powered by RC213V
- Alpine Vision car
- Chaparral Vision car
- Gran Turismo FT1500T-A (F1 car, sequential gearbox)

The Chaparral VGT isn't open top, iirc
And the FT1500-A is 3 pedals
I'm sure what you mentioned are all the cars that are open top in the game though, so I don't have much to add
