Any help would REALLY be appreciated.

The files off of iTunes are protected by Apple's DRM.

But, Hymn has got you covered. :)

What ripping program is claiming that your CD is protected specifically? Any CD ripper or is it itunes or what?

Use EAC for ripping copy protected CD's.

:dunce: Duh...I could have just used windows media player!

Oh well, I found now www.allofmp3.com that I can download songs that are directly Mp3 for as little as like 10 cents per song.

Thanks for the help guys!

And soon Duke will come in to tell you it's illegal and wrong to use that site as well as trying to get around any copyprotection.

Wait...how is it wrong to use that site?? I am buying the song. (Am willing to listen to why it may be illegal)

Because it's in Russia. And obviously it's a "too go to be true" deal anyways. $1.20 per album... nobody's going to get paid. I've heard they are suppose to be for back up or something?

Allofmp3 is completely legal. It just exploits a loophole in the Russian system. :dopey:

Still, nonetheless, it's no crime using the site and if I had a credit card, I'd certainly use it. Better selection than iTunes at any quality level I want with no crappy DRM?!

I think it's suppose to be the "U.S." version but it's pretty much the same place? I always hear of both of them in the same sentence.
