Get a Chapperl 2J from the bd exploit, tune the thing and even the B-Spec noob is able to own the other Chapperal.

I won the A-Spec with a tuned Challenger R/T RM '70. I guess even a guy with 2 left thumbs will win the A-Spec race with a tuned Chapperal 2J.
