Hey! I drive a Ford. I'd love to have an S13 or a HCR32, but I have a '99 Taurus that's quick, handles pretty well, and is nice and loaded thanks to my modifications. Nothin wrong with Ford.
i dont like ford either. im not saying that they make sh***y cars. i think the mustang and focus are good examples. they just arent as 'popular' as some imports are. well actually, now that i think of it, this goes for all american brands. no offense. mustangs are fast, but definately not the car i would drive.
Ford Mustang Saleen are mean and scary mostly the S7 looks so nice, but i would rather get a VR-4 or an NSX because i can always make them go faster and faster, but if i was giving a free Saleen i would drive it to kill all those racers out there!!!!! but i still love imports, all i care is fast cars!!!!
But the thing is A Saleen isn't a Ford..Saleen is the equivilant of RUF as to Porsche..You can't give Porsche Credit for the CTR2 Can you?...And the Saleen S7 is a 100% Saleen vehicle...Not ford
And the coolest part about Saleen is that TIM ALLEN OWNS PART OF IT!!...BTW....If you consider Saleen to be Ford products then you have to consider lingenfelter to be GM modifiers Aswell as Roush to ford ETC ETC ETC

See, I understand that completely. A vast majority of the kids out here in America and overseas who are into imports, don't like domestics, and vice versa. I'm one of those exceptions to the rual where I'd be equally happy with a BNR34 GT-R or a '68 Shelby GT500. I like to think of my self as an equal oportunity gear head. My two best friends drive Honda's, and I know a ton of other guys around here that are either into imports or domestics exclusivly, but I still manage to get props from both sides. Honda guys are both into my car because it's faster than there's, and the domestic guys give it some 'props' because it's almost as fast as they're RWD V8's.
BTW, I'm gonna have to start a new topic and see what you guys all drive in real life.
