Road & Track did an article on gt4 and forza, they have this nice photo that one of their photoshop goons made for the article:

its a shot from gt4 photoshopped with a pic from inside a real mini.
amazing work...
figured you all might appreciate it.
would make a nice photoshop comp... see who can make the best interior view.

take note.... thats how good you have to be to work for a magazine. ;)
 
that really doesn't take much effort-- an interior shot of the car, and a similar shot of the game, overlay the car onto the track & use a zoom-blur on it.. i'll recreate one when i get home to show you..

I like the Guages they look very good with Neon lights on them.
 
it's really not that hard to do that. I've seen more amzing things on the comps.

Also Mini says it's doing only 50mph but photshop would lead you to believe he's going faster. Looks damn good though if you ignore the speedo

haha that you saw that, lol, i think even the designer didn't saw it!
 
Bah, the car looks way too high up off the track, the blurring is way too much for the speed and the cockpit photo is really low quality. I could easily do a lot better than that.

Exactly.

My only gripe is that the track seems a bit too small, and the angle doesn't seem right...like it should be leaning over to the right some. But that's way better than I could ever do.
 
Good pic but my only problem with it is that it seems a little high up. I mean it looks like it is flying above the track instead of being on it. Other than that though it's a very well done pic.

yeah, that was the only thing i didn't like about it as well.... it looks like the mini is jumping... but thats kinda hard to do @ 50mph at that point in the track... unless that mini has hydro's ;)
 
Looking in the rear view mirror looks like a woman's driving... That explains why it's only doing 50mph *Waits to get a slap*

It isnt that hard to make that pic, I think its much work. Erase the window.

Ok, I'll get a photo of the dash of my car this week (kinda hard because I need someone in the back to take it while I'm driving).
