copying audio from a DVD to a Audio CD?

Ok well i got this DVD from this Sony show i went to, and its all about GT4 , its just like any other regular DVD with chapters and all and a menu and stuff, well each chapter is like a video of a person racing in GT4 but there is also music in the video, well i was wondering if there is a program or any way that i can burn the audio from this DVD to a Audio CD.?

I'm not sure wheather this can be discussed here, it looks as if it violates the AUP.

There are programs that do that. But we will not talk about it here. In some cases it CAN be legal. But it's a gray area that I'd rather not get into.
