Correct stock car settings (esp. camber, toe, spring rate and weight distribution)

Most of the cars that came straight from the dealer in GT6 have incorrect suspension setup. Spring rates are often way stiffer than real counterparts, which wasn't that much of a case in previous GT games, where they were mostly right. Camber and toe are the same (and too extreme) for cars with certain drive type due to 1.09 update. Also weight distribution is wrong in many cases, but it can be easily fixed by adding balast and reducing weight. All these things together have deep impact on handling, which is leading to arcade, rather than simulation type of experience.
