Cote D Azur in World Championship?

In professional mode, in the GT World Championship, the 9th race in the series is at Cote D Azur. Every FAQ I have read said it was ten laps. But I went into the race and it was 15 laps! Does this happen to everyone else?

This makes me mad because I was in First on the tenth lap, but I was then passed on the 12th lap and came out in second. GRRRRR!!!!!!

BTW-What tire type should I use? I use medium, good grip, but it runs out too early, and the AI cars always seem to have perfect grip throught the race. What amazing tires do they use?
 
isn't the last race always 15 or more? or is it just... never mind.

you should use super slick, medium IS good, and super soft is even better, but it runs out too quickly. i always use super slick.
 
The 9th race isn't the last, I thought all the races up to and including the 9th were 10 laps in the Pro GT world series.
 
My file says:

Professional GT World Championship; 10 races; 10 laps each‡

‡Professional GT World Championship – Penultimate race at Côtè d’Azur is over 15 laps

Go to my site and download the GT3Races.doc document if you don't want to be caught out again. But you can adjust your set-up and test it in Qualifying if you are caught out...
 
Or he could peruse The Compendium and found out that it was indeed 15 laps.

He could also find out what tires I used as well as how I faired against the competition.

When Côtè d’Azur comes up in a series event it is all ways more laps than the other races.
Spawn, in the F1 championship the last race is at Côtè d’Azur and is 78 laps!
That makes for a lot of pit stops!

Cote D'Azur is always a little more laps.......I think :odd:
 
Who cares how many laps this race is. Just race it, and enjoy it. The T5 tires should last about 8-10 laps, so a pit strategy of one pit stop should do fine. Uh, that would be the end of lap 8, if it is 15 laps, which I think it is.
