Could someone explain this to me?

I have 2 Formula GT's. 1 Yellow/Black the other Blue. Wash, Oil Change, Engine Overhaul and Chassis Maintenance is what I did to both of them. They both have the same Horsepower. All car adjustments are identical. Both have soft racing tires. I lowered the Horsepower on both to 700 to race at Motegi Speedway. All specs are the exact same. Why is it that the Blue car is about .750sec a lap slower? I just can not figure this out. I've checked everything 3 times and everything is the exact same for both cars.
 
Is the mileage the same? Maybe one is broken in more than the other.
 
Maybe one has the Chassis strengthen fom the Tuning menu.
 
Did you test them online or offline?
