Counter-Stike: Condition Zero

I got this game from EB Games for my birthday yesterday nad when I tried to install it today, it just froze up. My computer meets all specs and I'm not sure what the heck is going on! :crazy: :crazy: :crazy: :crazy: Can someone please help me???
 
Try doing this.

Download steam (you should know what this does and where to get it.. if not, www.steampowered.com)
Create an account (or if you have one, use it)
Add your CD Key to the account (via right clicking on condition zero in the games menu, clicking "Purchase", then clicking "i already own this game", and then finish by adding your cd key)
Install the game via Steam (right click on Condition zero when it moves to the top of the list, select install.)

The game will begin to download off of Steam's servers at a nice rate of speed (if your on broadband.. i hope you are, otherwise this will take YEARS) and it will install automatically and then you can play through steam. It's a 350mb download so be wary.. This is the cool thing about valve's software. :)
 
I downloaded Steam, I installed Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, and when I try to play the single player campaign, it freezes. Is it my computer or something else???
 
Hey sUn, how'd you resolve your problem with it??? I can play online perfectly fine, which is awesome if I do say so myself :D :D :D !!! It's just that I wanna complete the single player campaign and stuff. Although online is what the games famous for!
 
well, when you finish installing it,it will sometimes freeze like mines.i suggest you restart your comp and it should be fine.it worked for me.
