Couple questions about GT3 I couldn't find from searching

Is there a way to turn up the music volume during gameplay ? If so I can't find it in any of the settings.

There are several bonus cars that I sold early on (350z etc) that I would really like to have in my garage now that money isn't an issue anymore.

Is there a list somewhere that tells how to get the bonus cars ? I don't remember how to get a lot of them back.

How does one go about getting the Ford GT40 ?
 
No.

If it's a single-race series prize car, you've lost it for good. Other than that, try the list on GTP's main page - https://www.gtplanet.net - and that will ALSO answer your last question.

Well, just turn your TV sound up. :p
