I love Forza 4 and the racing(but im better at tuning, and somewhat good at pant jobs), but i like to see some crazy things, like a full sized dry lake bed, for online and single player, also crazy cars that make no sense, cars that go 400 mph. it would be to make a random car pack with school buses and tanks, i like the realism but sometimes i want my cake too, and just try eating it without my hands!

Ehe, seriously, we dont need this in forza 4, if turn 10 implement such bs stuff, we end up like gt5 with x1 and stuff..

Motorstorm is for you my friend.

Not my cup of tea and biscuits.

No thanks man. There are other games for that sort of stuff.

well the dry lake bed would be very fun, to drift and just to fool around

That would definetly ruin the car enthusiast aspect of this game. All your ideas sound like the Top Gear Stig Racing Game for iPhone.

well ive never heard of that game, plus i dont own a iphone, and im very much into cars, i just like to take a car ive tuned and worked on and see what it would do in a different environment.

Well there's a H1 Hummer in the game, I haven't tried it yet but I made a bit of a "whaaaat" face when I saw it.

I'm not going to pretend I wouldn't play a game where you race school buses, but I agree with others though, Forza needs to stay grounded in reality.

Not to be a party pooper, but I think that T10 should focus on different stuff... Instead of adding oddball cars, there are a lot of requests of real cars which should be taaken care of, first.

Same goes with actual race tracks opposed to a 'playground', I'd say.

Salt flat racing... What a great idea! I love this.

^That would be oh so sweet.

luminis i agree with you 100% on that thinking back about it, but at least a dry lake bed, or a walmart parking lot, at least there the same size

Maybe you should buyTwisted Metal that would give you your fix.

nooooo that game sucks, but thanks for the thought, I just wanna see what cars can do

No thanks. You can leave those types of things for games like Shift of Need for Speed. I like the Turn 10 direction.

Isn't the Benchmark Ring (Layout A) in FM4? I'll have to wait until tomorrow to get the game, so I'm not to sure.

If it is in the game, though, it has a parking lot on it...

Yes Luminis, it is there.

well thanks guys, just seeing what you thoughts are on the subject, weather and night and day would really be my only request

There's nothing wrong with the x1 IMO.

And even if you think there is, that's still the least of GT5's problems.

Forza'll be fine even if they decide to add in some iconic silly/fictional vehicles, so long as they don't overdo it. It just adds more fun and variety. Hell, they've already got the Warthog in Autovista...

I'd rather see some crazy tracks like Rainbow Road thrown in for fun though.

I think adding these oddball cars is just plain dumb... It's cool for the novelty, I guess. But you use that stuff once and are done with it, most of the time. Really not worth it, imho.

A track of sorts has some merrit, at least.

True, but in games like Forza and GT with hundreds of cars, the bolded could be said for any car, not just the novelty ones. Most people have a handful of cars that they drive heavily, then a bunch of cars they drive once or twice or not at all even.

Exactly, but most people have a different hand full of cars they're using - so, overall, most of the cars will get a lot more usage out of them on average then, say, a Kübelwagen.

That kind of car is either used by a small group of enthusiasts or just a few times by most other people...

Fair enough.

I still think that the novelty of such cars enrich the game and thus are a worthy addition, so long as they don't go way overboard with it. Having a couple novelty cars is one thing, but when you start adding dozens of them, it wastes a lot of development time that could've been spent doing better things.
