After similar threads for GT2, GT3, and GT4, I couldn't let the grandfather of the GT series go unloved. :) Post races from the depths of your mind; they can be in game races with new tracks/prize money/etc. or completely original series.

Special Events: Mega Endurance Series- 21 races

License restrictions: International A only
Car restrictions: none, AI run your class of car
Modifications: no restrictions
Each race is 1 hour 30 minutes long.

3. Autumn Ring
4. Grand Valley East
5. High Speed Ring
6. Deep Forest
7. Special Stage Route 5
8. Trial Mountain
9. Special Stage Route 11
10. Grand Valley Speedway
11. Autumn Ring Mini Reverse
12. Clubman Stage Route 5 Reverse
13. Autumn Ring Reverse
14. Grand Valley East Reverse
15. High Speed Ring Reverse
16. Deep Forest Reverse
17. Special Stage Route 5 Reverse
18. Trial Mountain Reverse
19. Special Stage Route 11 Reverse

Now that's nasty.Take in mind also GT1 never had a save feature to save after a race done...

This would be the Veteran's choice of a tournament, if you manage to get going in the game for hours, you could become the Gran Turismo wizard.

I don't have any ideas yet, but I'll try to think about it.

I also once did a Grand Valley 300 against the SSR11 II field, winning in a Cerbera.
That was practice for actually winning the normal Grand Valley 300 (with its normal race-mod field) in the same tuned (no race-mod) Cerbera (beating the NSX by 81 seconds).

Series champion: 150,000 and either C2 Corvette (as in Arcade Mode) or beta-style special color Corvette Grand Sport.
