Do you mean a social group in GTPlanet? If so Go to the bottom of your page and just under Site Support (where this thread should be) Click on "Create Social Groups"
If you want to make a social group, clicky here. If you want to make a tuner/drifter group/team/faction, just start a new thread, but you must know the responsibilities of running a team.
