Creating Tickets Help....

I having probs creating 2000 through to 2010 tickets,and would like some info or help to solve this.
I create another user, and enter the d.o.b. as today once i have entered all details etc etc, i load the game and after it has gone through all the screens and arrives at the main page I dont receive a ticket. can anyone tell me why this is?
I have turned off all parental controls but still no tickets arrive
 
i believe you have to be 18 to open a PSN account, so the birthday tickets only go to 1992.
 
They must have figured out what you're up to.
 
If it's not really your birthday then why do it? Just a tad habitual maybe.
