Can anyone tell me how to trail the lights like he did in the picture. I would greatly appreciate it. (In photoshop of course ;-b)

Smudge tool? That looks like how he did it, at least.

ya its pretty easy, just switch to the smudge tool and put it for brightness i think. youll hav to tinker with it to get it to your liking. just dont copy me.
