Hello, I see there is another popular minecraft server listed within these sub-forums found here, this got me thinking maybe I can list mine too 
I hope that is ok for everyone - if not let me know and I will remove my post.
Grief
No one likes grief, on our server you must claim land before you can build. That land becomes yours, no one can grief it unless you give them permission. Its a simple process once youve done it a couple of times.
If you do find one of your "trusted" friends has griefed you, we have a simple /report process which notifies staff about your problem and they will come along and revert the damage ASAP. Easy.
Worlds
We were sadly forced to limit a number of features to stop grief, please remember this before joining and complaining. Its a sure why to let everyone know you didnt read the rules.
All our rules can be found at /spawn and are strictly enforced, don't cry when you break them and get banned.
Promotions
Promote yourself from a guest by reading the signs at /spawn. Never ask for other ranks - they do not exist.
History
Our server has been around for almost two years, we are not going anywhere, you can build on our server knowing that your work will be there the next time you logged in.

- "normal" A normal world with large biomes
- "shallow" A flat but shallow world
- "deep" A flat world 64blocks deep

- Mob spawning/Mob building
- Building on non claimed land
- Dropping items on the ground
- Placing tracks/carts
