Credits dissapeared...

Hi all...

I started using the login bonus and Im at 150%... doing Like the Wind.. loving the extra cash..

However.. I did notice that my credit pile went DOWN the other day!

I lost my hard earned money!

And suggestions gladly appreciated!

Did you save properly? I noticed once when I didn't save a day of log in bonus didn't count.
 
Ah!.... maybe not... is that when I go back to the main menu screen and press the START button.. which then gives a sidebar menu on the right hand siude of the screen with SAVE ?

Login bonus is always saved once you accepted the bonus, after a few seconds you see bottom screen that the game is saving.
BUT!!!
When you grind to get credits, exit the event untill you see the main menu
if you're in the event itself (where you see the controller and car options and replay/save replay icons)
and press the PS button to exit game or shut down ps3, the last credits aren't saved!!!

Example:
I have 49+million credits, i entered the Lexus VGT with 200% loginbonus and got gold.
Whoeps 1mill credits and lost about 400K, instead of exit event, i exit game (PS button)
My time was saved (online) but i could go for the gold lap again and get all credits (but first had to buy cars or the same would happen again).

I'm just checking if you need a certain option enabled in the option menu.

\edit, no there's no autosave option to enable.It is always enabled but you have to exit the event itself.
autosave does not save when you viewed news.

How on earth did you get 49 million!!!

I only know the Like the Wind event as the best.
Tried the Red bull challenge but cant complete the junior championship to get onto the Standard Championshiop which I heard is a BIG earner..

RBSC is a BIG earner - 2 Mil (I think) every 30 minutes (Was it?). I don't remember that well as I haven't played GT6 in months but I think that's how it was.

1st, i don't want to bragg, but i have three accounts i use for GT6 and all have around 49mill.
I also used like the wind, but got boring, then i unlocked the redbulls.
Took a while, but i like redbull standard silverstone because there are a few big shortcuts (cheat, cutt corners) and got 260K each race i win (200%)And thru practice i did between 20-25 minutes for 4 races and got 2 million in one hour, and better car controll for the redbulls.

How? Practice.
Do the sierra events, if you didn't.
Do the Senna events if you didn't
Do full carreermode
Do redbull races.
But very important, do each season event, the last vision races gold give you 2.8mill with 200% login
The last 4 season events give 2.4 million.
The last expert a-spec season event gives 360K each win time with 200% login, and i like that race, so 3x a day that race, is a big million a day.(with 200% login)
And with driving every day, that's practice and you get better, so faster and also faster the credits.

\edit. i also have now 15 friends in the friendlist that pushes me to be faster on laptimes and helps me to get gold on next events.Chasing those blue friendlines is frustrating but also fun when you keep up.Keeping up means you get better.
