CSL Elite Issue at low speed

I've experienced issue with the Fanatec CSL Elite on GT7.

After an off or spin, where the car drops to zero, it is almost
impossible to get going again on the wheel.

Tarmac or grass the result is the same.
Trying to move again at 5mph a violent shake starts in the wheel
and the car feels stuck.

I have to use the controller to get going again and then swap over.

Anyone else have this issue and will FFB changes fix this?

This happened when my buddy came over. The not being able to start a car after a crash, I mean. It happened to him over and over again, he says. I wasn't watching so I can't say for sure what happened.

The violent shaking is annoying. I suspect turning FEI down would fix the issue. I have mine set to 50 and it's manageable.
