csp v2 throttle problem

out of the blue my throttle isn't working correct in iracing or in fanatec driver. the problem is I can't press the throttle completely, I get only a 90% press which makes it unusable. I tried, of course, restarting my pc, changing the usb port, recalibrating the pedals in iracing, etc but it didn't solve the problem.
Any suggestions what i should do before contacting the support? i ask this because the throttle should be the the simplest and the least problematic problem...
 
Not sure if their the same as V1 but if it is then you probably have a solder brake on the sensor.

I'm on my 3rd one. Go through the process and they will send a replacement sensor. ( And a spare clutch too probably).
 
the throttle is probably the same. I owned the v1 too, and my friend soldered a torn wire I I remember the throttle had 3 of them). Am I allowed to do that in order to keep the warranty?

Well I'm not sure on that. I looked at it myself and those connections are tiny. If your friend can patch them for you then go for it.

It's seems (on V1 at least) as if the cable needs to be about another 10 mm in length to me. To allow a little more slack.
 
thanks for the suggestions. Fanatec support told me to verify the screw of the pedal and they were right, it wasn't properly tightened. I know I should have done that myself but I am not a technical guy so it's always best for me to wait for expert advice.
