So far I have only encountered the problem in GT5. But when I press the gas pedal it either gets stuck somewhere between 10-60% or does not register 100% throttle when I have the throttle pedal depressed 100%. That in addition to the start button not work for no apparent reason.

Mind you this is all is G25 mode on a CSW. I have no if the problem is my CSW, CSPv2s, GT5, or something else.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Specifically in GT5? Is there a way to fix the CSPv2s or am I just stuck waiting for a replacement?

Also, if anyone has the phone number for Fanatec's customer support line in California please let me know. Thanks.

Have you double checked that the sensor on the side of the pedal arm is securely tightened or verified that the allen head screw that holds the pedal arm axle in place is secure?

What I have done in the past to verify if the accelerator sensor board is bad or not, is to disconnect the sensor for the clutch from the main board and replace the accelerator sensor with it.

There is no customer support line in California as far as I know, there is a number that is associated with Fanatec's "office" in Beverly Hills that no one ever seems to answer that defaults to an answering machine. Their fulfillment center is in La Mirada, CA, and that work is contracted out to another logistics company and has no separate phone listing.

If you need to get a hold of Fanatec tech support by phone, break out trusty little Skype (you will need Skype credits) and call this number in Germany +498719221299 (number includes country code for Germany).

They only answer the tech support line M through F between 14:00 to 16:00 local time in Germany so that should be 5 hours ahead of you on East Coast Time.

They speak English. Kind of surprised at this post, I was under the assumption that CTs would have some kind of "inside' track, guess not (no criticism intended, just remarking about the situation).

Thanks for the reply. The reason I asked for the CA number was because I had called it once before and got through to a person that help me through an issue I was having. I guess they got tired of answering calls as that was not their job.

I usually take of everything via email, but that tends to be slow. That number I called was the fastest response I had gotten. I guess I just assumed it would work again.
