I recently got a csr wheel, csr elite pedals plus shifter set - really pleased with them and loving the extra fun using the h pattern shifter?

I'm slowly trying to learn how to use 'heel & toe' as I'm using the clutch but I want to adjust the pedals so that the accelerator is a bit lower than the brake when fully extended, theoretically making h&t easier to do.

I thought this would simply be done by adjusting which hole the pot/load cell was hooked up to on the pedal itself but it doesn't seem to be the case.

E.g. I tried to make the brake pedal higher by using the highest fixing point but this just compresses the load cell arm as the pedal can't move out any further (towards the driver if that makes sense) So I then tried to put the accelerator lower by using the lowest fixing point, this doesn't actually make the pedal come to rest further down and just lowers the resistance.

I'm thinking these pedals look very adjustable but actually aren't.... The only option I can see is to remove the spacer between the accel pedal and it's arm but this won't make much difference.

Anyone got any experience in doing this or tuppence to throw in?

Cheers

You could try to make your own spacer block to go betwwen the pedal arm and the pedal face. Could be made from wood, plastic or metal. Might have to source longer screws, but shouldnt be to difficult to find some to fit.

I haven't really tuned the pedals outside the box much, so I don't have a lot of experience with full blown adjustment.

I've got my pedals setup with no spacers between the face and arm. I can heel toe fine? Maybe it could be better, but it gets the job done. The only other thing that I've done to the pedals is move the brake all the way to the left, that way it's a little more comfortable in cars with an auto clutch.

I'm also extremely happy with these pedals, they are super great.

My only complaint though is in it's connectivity to the PC. It requires the USB cable. If it's connected through the wheel, the pedals act funky. For an example, if I'm 100% throttle down a straight I'll hit 0% throttle for a millisecond and resume at 100%.
