Csr Elite questions

First question, If the csr elite has been calibrated to the center position does the wheel automatically go to center when the wheel is powered on , after it does its rotation to the left and right? Or does it only go to center when you press the xbox button or go into pc/ps3 mode.
Second question ,has anyone received a csr elite within the last month or so. If yes what firmware did it come with?

Mine rotates right then left. It's never stopped at center.

I got it 3 weeks ago, with the V2 pedals. I believe it showed 715 when I calibrated it with the PC.
