CSR Elite Shuts down

New bug of sorts:

My CSRE just started turning off at full lock. It functions flawlessly on GT5, but with FM4 it will turn off if I turn the wheel to sharply.
Very strange, before I contact Fanatec, any ideas?

As it works fine with the PS3, I'm thinking something is off with the Xbox.
 
My CSR Elite works with no problems on both my PS3 and xbox. Try trouble shooting by borrowing a friend's xbox. That'll tell you if the problem lies with the wheel or console.
 
Ok, a full description with updates.

9/23- CSR Elite started shutting off while playing FM4 exclusively.
9/24- Sent Fanatec a heads up email.
10/8- Fanatec responds asking for a video of what it does. Video submitted.
10/10- Fanatec responds, tells me to download firmware 750B, using driver 140.

I installed 750B with driver 140, made things worse for me.

My wheel originally came with 722 installed from the factory. It performed flawlessly for about 1 month. It does not appear to be a hardware malfunction, because when it is working everything is great. (Including force feedback)

Now, I planned on reverting back to 722 but I heard that 721 was the best.


It took a while, but I found a link for 721 in the Fanatec forums. I installed 721, everything (thusfar) is working great.
