Just received my new csw v2.5 and on start up the fans go correctly however after the calibration run the fans stay on and don't go off .i have tried re flashing the wheel but still no joy has anybody with this wheel base experienced this and is it a fault or not as fanatec states to contact customer support however the response is very slow .
