The fastest way I am aware of is $1,000,000 in 6 minutes. Is there a better way?

The Ferrari F1 seasonals. De-tune your car to about 75% power (unsure on this) and race one of the higher payout events. You should get well over 1mill everytime.

It depends which race you do, and yeah, you can race it more than once.
