custom BGM not always working

I've set my race BGM to play Eurobeat songs (gotta say, it improves my concentration when drifting ) a few days before. In some lobbies I get to hear the Eurobeat songs, in some I hear the standard GT5 race BGM. I don't understand why is that happening, do I have to do something else for the game to play the custom BGM in every lobby I join?

Mics have to be disabled in the room. The owner of the room has the option to enable or disable mics, when creating the room. If they set enable it, you can't use it.

Yeah, I had the same thoughts, about why my music wasn`t playing on-line, and what Bluntified says is true.
But sometimes (recently) my music isn`t playing when I`m in seasonals and even in reply theater.

Today I was on-line and sometimes my music would come on just before the race started, but as the countdown got to two, it would shut down.
It did this a couple times and then my music played a couple times, then it would happen again.
After I left the on-line lobby, I cleaned my cache, it took a while, like it was really dirty, so maybe that was the problem. I hope so... I had been on for about four hours and maybe 15 races.
