Customisable Rev Lights

In addition to a dynamic hud which displays and hides information when and not are needed (which has been suggested before) I would like to suggest a customisable rev light bar that changes colors and styles,to adjust to different uses of cars and players alike,also providing a sense of uniqueness in each individual player
