Did a search for this, found nothing on this so heres my topic

Ok heres my question.
I have searched through google and various forums and so far have come up blank on this.
Where can I find some guides/tips on customizing the look of my PS2 console?
I found http://www.customps2.com/ on one topic, but its only cases.

What I'm looking for is painting tips, decals and modifying the case itself (websites that have these things).

Anyhelp is greatly appreciated, thanks. :)

If anyone is interested, I plan on making a Resident Evil themed PS2.
Silver, with the umbrella corp logo on the top (or side, if you have yours standing vertically) and a couple other things here and there. Along with taking off the Sony and PS logos. Although still contemplating on whether silver would be the best colour for it.

Oh, there are lots of threads on this topic at GTP. I couldn't find them either, though. There are also lots of forums on the internet that specialize in just this one topic. And lots of companies that sell supplies spacifically for modding console and computer cases.

Personally, I don't get it. Why spend the money on that when you could spend it on a game or something? It's a case. So long as it's not ugly what difference does it make? Unless you're creating a unique design from scratch it seems to me it's a waste of money.

Hmm, thanks for the link Spooony, I'm going to check that site out.

I do plan on making a unique design. Only problem I'm having is finding high quality, high resolution images of various Resident Evil stuff. :indiff:

I have also looked around to see if there are any local air-brushers to complete the unique look.

Go to a local hardware store get:
Spraypaint, modeling putty, ductabe, some of those plastic eyes for sock puppets, and some superglue. maybe even some glitter.

Where you go next is up to you
