Daft question

Hey, just started using b spec properly, and have a silly question. My driver has raced 22 races won 20, is currently level 9, but is showing an amber "down" arrow beside the avatar... What does this mean?

The arrows indicate the mood of the driver.

An up arrow means the driver is no top form.
A level arrow means the drivers is average.
A down arrow means the drivers is not in the best state to race.

The arrows seem to vary randomly and of course an up arrow will yield a better result from the driver then a down arrow.
